Who we are. Runway Relay is operated by runway relay trading L.L.C-FZ, Meydan Grandstand, 6th Floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, UAE ("Runway Relay", "we"). For any privacy question, email hello@runwayrelay.net.
What we collect. When you join our waitlist, we collect:
- your email and, if you choose to give it, your name;
- your Instagram handle, if you choose to give it;
- the referral link source (the campaign tag in the link you used to reach us);
- your consent choice.
Our website also collects basic technical data, such as your device, browser, pages visited and approximate location, through cookies and similar tools.
Why we use it. We use your details to:
- keep your place on the waitlist and tell you when we launch;
- send you news and invitations from Runway Relay, if you have ticked the consent box;
- keep our website secure.
We rely on your consent. You can withdraw it at any time.
Advertising pixels. With your consent, we use the Meta Pixel and the TikTok Pixel. They measure how our ads perform and help us show our ads to people who may be interested. These tools may collect data about your visit and share it with Meta and TikTok, which use it under their own privacy policies. You can decline or withdraw consent through our cookie settings. Declining does not affect your place on the waitlist.
Who we share it with. We share your details only with service providers who help us run the waitlist, such as website hosting, email and messaging tools, and the advertising platforms above. Each uses it only to provide its service. Some of these providers may store data outside the UAE. Where they do, we take reasonable steps to make sure your data is protected. We never sell your personal data.
How long we keep it. We keep your details until 12 months after our launch, or until you ask us to remove them, whichever comes first.
Your rights. You may ask us to:
- give you a copy of your details, or correct them;
- delete your details;
- stop sending you marketing.
To do so, email hello@runwayrelay.net or use the unsubscribe link in any email. You may also complain to the UAE Data Office.
Age. The waitlist is for people aged 18 and over.
Security. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your details.
Changes. If we change this notice, we will post the updated version on this page with a new date.
